How the services fit together

Most projects go through the same steps: first you understand what you use, then you see an indicative calculation, then you ask for a quote broken down by component, and once the system is running you follow the data and adjust the settings.

You do not have to go through every step. If you already have a system, you can start straight with monitoring and optimisation. If you know what you want, you can ask directly for a tailored quote.

The order matters most at the beginning. A quote asked for without consumption figures rests on guesswork, and a system sized on guesswork either produces less than you need or costs more than it had to. That is why the first conversation is about bills, appliances and the household’s routine, not about products.

What to have ready before the first conversation

You do not need technical documents to start. A few simple things help, though, and almost everyone has them:

• the bills for the last 12 months, or at least a recent one, so we can see monthly consumption in kWh;
• a few photographs of the roof and the yard, taken from different angles;
• roughly which way the house faces, if you know; otherwise we can work it out from the address;
• a short list of the large appliances: water pump, air conditioning, electric water heater, electric car, workshop;
• what you want to achieve: less drawn from the grid, backup power, hot water, or simply a clear picture of your consumption.

If you do not have all of this, we start with what you have. We clear up the rest as we go.

What we do not do

We do not give legal advice and we do not stand in for the distribution operator on matters of grid connection. We do not promise payback periods and we do not publish fixed prices, because both depend on variables we cannot know before the analysis.
