What helps us reply quickly
- your town and the type of property (house, rural household, farm, business);

- the type of roof and which way it faces, if you know;

What happens after you send the request
We read the request and reply with what we understood from the figures you sent and with the questions that are still missing. Most often the first questions are about daytime consumption, about the shadows on the roof, and about what you want to happen during a power cut.
We then carry out a remote analysis, based on the bills and the photographs, and tell you whether a site visit is needed. Only after that do we prepare the quote, broken down by component, with the calculation assumptions written out, so that you can compare it with other offers.
If the analysis shows that a system does not make sense in your situation, we tell you so and explain why. It happens, for example, with heavily shaded roofs or with very low consumption.
